"This agency had a 5 star review in the beginning for how kind and well they treated. Then this last month they dropped my homeowners insurance and NEVER informed me. I receive a ridiculous amount of emails from State Farm but not ONE to notify my of cancellation and I never received anything in the mail. I only found out I didn’t have insurance when I called to update them of my Morgage lender switch and THEN was I notified I was not insured. Shame on you State Farm AND this agency. Do BETTER!!!
